The aim of the MoU is to strengthen cooperation between the two organisations through joint actions and initiatives. These include education and training on regulatory compliance, support services for compliance-related matters, networking and knowledge exchange, information sharing, and collaborative participation in events between the CCCI and CCA.

Furthermore, the partnership aspires to create a supportive framework for SMEs to effectively navigate regulatory challenges, while enhancing their sustainability and competitiveness.

During the signing ceremony, the President of the CCCI Mr. Stavros Stavrou stated:

"Through our collaboration with the Cyprus Compliance Association, we are equipping businesses with the tools and knowledge they need to adapt, comply, and thrive in a demanding regulatory landscape — all while reinforcing the credibility of the wider business ecosystem."

Honorary President of the CCA, Mr. Marios Skandalis, added:

"This Memorandum is a pioneering initiative — not to promote the compliance profession in isolation, but to bolster and further strengthen the resilience of business activity in Cyprus. This groundbreaking MoU establishes a common language between compliance professionals, businesses, and the public — enabling practical solutions to shared challenges and acting as a catalyst for the smooth operation of businesses and the attraction of sustainable investment."

CCA President, Mrs. Andrea Moundi Savvides, concluded:

"The signing of this Memorandum marks only the beginning — a beginning built on shared values, a shared philosophy, and a shared vision: a vision for a stronger, more resilient, and more responsible business environment in Cyprus. Compliance is not a hindrance — it is a catalyst for trust and growth across the entire business ecosystem."
